Voxflo began its journey in the United Kingdom as Voxflo Ltd, founded by David Cook, a leading technologist and product innovator with deep expertise in AI systems, prompt engineering, and cloud telephony. David’s early prototypes were designed with one goal: eliminate waiting, friction, and frustration from the customer support experience — especially for essential services like energy and water.

With the strategic expansion into the United States, Voxflo now operates as VoxFlo LLC, co-led by Vincent Williams, Head of Strategic Partnerships and managing shareholder. Vincent brings a wealth of experience in cross-market growth strategy, enterprise alliances, and AI adoption at scale. Together, David and Vincent have positioned Voxflo as a transatlantic force for AI transformation in critical infrastructure sectors.
